This key role focuses on managing sales objectives, operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experience through strategic analytics and data-driven decision-making. Requirements - Professional or Technologist degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields - Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles - Availability to travel - Strong knowledge of retail strategies, including pricing, category management, promotions, and product display, aimed at improving conversion rates, average ticket size, and store profitability - Proficiency in key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to physical channels, such as store traffic, conversion rate, inventory turnover, gross margin, sales targets, and productivity - Experience with data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI, advanced Excel, or other BI platforms to evaluate commercial performance and generate actionable insights - Familiarity with inventory management systems to plan stock, control rotation, reduce stockouts, and optimize product availability - Experience with CRM systems for customer management, purchase behavior analysis, and decision-making based on centralized, up-to-date information - Leadership experience in managing store teams, including training, performance monitoring, operational routines, and fostering a customer service culture We Offer - Permanent contract - Base salary between $4,000,000 and $4,500,000 plus commissions - Additional benefits If you meet these requirements and are passionate about the textile sector, this position is for you.
