We are searching for the best talent for **SUPPLY CHAIN INVENTORY PLANNER **to be located in **Bogotá, Colombia.** **Purpose**: You must be responsible for the continuous improvement and evolution of the Asset Management process in Colombia for DePuy Synthes, collaborating with Planning, Finance, Marketing, Commercial, and Deliver to recommend and implement actions that will generate profitability, surgery fill rate improvement and inventory efficiencies. You must provide business insights and recommendations to influence asset inventory planning actions in the local operation teams, also must provide insights associated to purchase decisions for next year’s Business Plan and mid-year follow up. **You will be responsible for**: - Participate and bring asset guidance in budget planning in alignment with, Finance and Commercial teams. - Connect with the regional teams to understand the business needs and expectations, and Lead improvement project for the business. - Provide tracking for the asset product launches in terms of shipments and consumption/sales. - Survey and control CAPEX Budget for new investments in the country. - Provide asset availability and usage for the demand planning process to support demand reviews and co-lead with the demand planner the reduction of excess assets - Participate monthly supply review process with specific internal customers and partners - Support Demand planner and supply planners for successful product availability - Support local and regional lifecycle management projects. **Qualifications**: **Qualifications and requirements**: **Education** - Bachelor´s in engineering, business administration or similar **Experience and Skills**: **Required**: - English Advanced - 3 year experience in Supply Chain in Medical Devices or Consumer. - Database analysis skills - IBP / S&OP; structure or implementation related experience - Excel advanced, SAP ECC and Power BI - Teamwork skills with strong ability to plan and implement projects - Problem Solver, Effective communication, adventurous, Assertiveness and Pragmatism **Preferred**: - Medical Devices experience or capacity planning management - Domain of DAX, M, Python, R or other languages for data analytics. - Supply planning related experience
