Your work could involve developing AI bots, streamlining operations, or building solutions with generative AI technologies.As an Sr. AWS Consultant, you will have the opportunity to:Support customers in adopting Amazon Connect solutions, ensuring successful implementation and positive outcomes.Conduct technology assessments and audits to identify ROI and outcomes for migrating to CCaaS AWS Connect Platform, enhancing agent experience and productivity.Educate customers on AWS value propositions and participate in architectural discussions for successful cloud deployment.Facilitate business process reviews, understand requirements, and document needs for solution design.Translate business goals into actionable user stories for development teams.Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, communicating clearly and managing expectations.Review and approve Solution Designs with Solution Architects, ensuring best practices.Gather business requirements and collaborate with Solution Engineers and Architects to generate estimates and timelines.Deliver end-user training and documentation.Qualifications:Customer-facing contact center experienceExperience integrating WFM, CRM, and contact center solutionsKnowledge of protocols and APIs like WebRTC and SIPHands-on scripting/coding skills (Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js)Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with executives and IT managementAPI integration expertiseStrong troubleshooting skillsExperience with CloudFormation, Contact Flow Design, Lambda, Lex, and Call Center RoutingKnowledge of automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodeDeploy)Understanding of contact center architectureExperience in tech/software sales, pre-sales, or consultingAdvanced AWS services and architecture knowledgeSalesforce knowledge, especially Service CloudExperience with other contact center platforms (Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Twilio)Workforce Management solutions experienceExperience with outbound dialers and campaignsFamiliarity with Agile and Scrum methodologiesAWS Cloud Practitioner CertificationAWS Developer Associate or Professional CertificationAWS Solution Architect CertificationSalesforce Certified AdministratorWhat it's like to be part of NeuraFlash:Remote & In-Person: Work from our HQ, regional hubs, or remotely across the US, Canada, or India.Travel: Up to 25% travel for certain roles, exploring new places while impacting clients.Flexibility: Work hours around personal commitments; we value results over hours.Collaboration: Your voice matters; participate in town halls and company meetings.Celebrate Often: Engage in fun activities like contests, parties, and themed events.Location: Flexible within the US, Canada, or India, based on your preference and role requirements.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionEngineering and Information TechnologyIndustriesSoftware Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
