We work with companies ranging from SMB to Fortune 500 that need a steady flow of qualified leads to grow. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Client Success & Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth onboarding for clients, efficient lead delivery, and quick resolution of issues. This role is essential for maintaining strong client relationships and seamless operations. Role Overview We’re hiring an Operations & Quality Control Coordinator , a hybrid role combining operations, quality control, systems oversight, and process management. You will set up and audit lead flows, analyze return data, and resolve operational issues swiftly. If you thrive in a high-accountability environment and enjoy managing both client-facing and backend processes, this role is ideal for you. Key Responsibilities: Set up and audit lead delivery workflows (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) to ensure proper routing, receipt, and follow-up of leads. Monitor and process client lead return requests, identify patterns, and flag issues related to misuse or internal breakdowns. Track return reasons and usage metrics to recommend improvements for lead quality and client results. Troubleshoot delivery and setup errors, coordinating with internal teams and clients as needed. Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce manual work and enhance speed, clarity, and outcomes. Maintain accurate records on lead flow status, return tracking, client health, and account activity. Support contract delivery, activations, and operational handoffs as required. What We're Looking For: Experience in operations and/or quality control roles. Strong systems/process thinker familiar with the 80/20 principle , focusing on leverage rather than motion. Hands-on experience with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho, including setup or auditing automations and workflows. Ability to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced, changing environment with minimal oversight. Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and clear writing style. Experience in building playbooks, identifying inefficiencies, and improving processes. Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Slack, Apollo, or Zapier is a plus. Bonus: experience auditing calls, enforcing SLAs, or reviewing lead outcomes.
