This role is part sales team based in Bogotá where you will promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within specific customer and accounts to meet or exceed sales targets. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. - Responsible for develop and build long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals. - Responsible for pursue leads, assess needs and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services. - Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services. - Conduct market research including customers and competitors activities. - Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed. Required Knowledge and Experience: - Bachelors degree required in health and sciences field - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales for healthcare or medical device industry - Good communication and relationship skills and results oriented - Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams - Based in Bogotá - Experience in MS Office ( excel, ppt) Knowledge of Cardiac surgery or TAVI portfolio is a plus as well as Salesforce or any other CRM.
