Key Responsibilities - Manage and monitor high-volume email accounts - Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings across multiple businesses - Organize tasks and assist with daily prioritization - Book travel and manage itineraries - Support basic bookkeeping and maintain organized data records - Coordinate dispatch activities and track technician locations - Execute simple marketing tasks, such as scheduling pre-created social media content Requirements - Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) - +2 years of admin experience - Strong organizational and communication skills - Comfortable with tech tools (email platforms, calendars, spreadsheets, etc.) - Able to work independently and take initiative - Clear but not overly formal communication style
