This ensures the correct usage and ability to offer these systems to clients, such as IRIS and CRM. Seeking new targets and setting criteria for proper implementation for new clients is important. Monitoring performance and service level provided to clients during regular operation stages is crucial. Contributing to business development by participating in special projects and developing contacts at all levels within GEODIS's key accounts is necessary. Developing business plans for each account to enable repeatability and growth, initiating early contract renewal strategies, and validating strategies with the NSM for maximum performance and efficient execution are key actions. Coordinating necessary areas to ensure correct account implementation, ensuring client satisfaction and company procedure compliance, is vital. Rapid and efficient communication with clients identified as sensitive/critical to information and results should be secured. Preparing and presenting business information on key accounts, such as total sales by product, market, trade lanes, credit analysis, and payments, is required. Developing strategies and promotions in collaboration with involved areas to strengthen client loyalty is necessary. Mobility outside company premises when necessary, managing business improvements, managing projects, applying consultative sales methodologies, understanding the client's value chain, main market differentiators, and strategic challenges, including competitor behavior, is important. Weekly follow-up on portfolio management and support for collection management, conducting market studies to identify sales possibilities and assess client needs, actively seeking new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking, and social media, preparing and delivering suitable presentations on products and services, generating monthly and quarterly follow-up meetings for the company's tier accounts, setting meetings with potential clients, and listening to their desires and concerns are crucial. Reviewing necessary documents with the company's legal area for signing by GEODIS, leading participation in bidding processes following internal company regulations, presenting action plans if individual goals are not met for more than three consecutive months, registering PQRF in the system, and performing other functions deemed pertinent by the immediate supervisor are essential responsibilities. Perfil del puesto The ideal candidate should have a professional background in international trade or international business, with at least an intermediate level of English (B1 or higher). A specialization or diploma related to the position is preferable. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the area of foreign trade within logistics companies. They should possess knowledge of customs and land processes, international logistics sector, and import/export processes. Proficiency in computer tools such as CRM and Microsoft Office is required. The candidate should have good internal and external communication skills, be an adept negotiator, and possess skills in communication and persuasion. They should be able to handle rejection easily, manage time efficiently, be persistent, have good listening skills, work well under pressure, and be self-motivated with a results-oriented focus.
