We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager to lead internal mobility and external hiring strategies for management-level roles at Lean. This position is key to ensuring we identify and hire top talent to support our continued growth.In this role, you will:Lead internal mobility and external hiring processes for leadership roles.Partner with HRBPs, VPs, and Directors to align talent strategies with business goals.Collaborate with Marketing to position Lean’s employer branding across social media and university partnerships.Drive pipeline development and optimize hiring performance metrics,Ensure internal talent is assessed and prioritized before launching external searchesOversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.Deliver hiring reports and dashboards to senior leadership, highlighting progress, pipeline utilization, and critical talent gaps.What we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.5+ years in Talent Acquisition or HR, and experience hiring for management-level positions.3+ years leading teams.Experience in designing and managing internal mobility strategies and frameworks.Proficient in recruitment and selection methodologies, including competency-based interviewing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levelsThis role is based in Colombia (Bogota, Barranquilla, Medellin).Ready to shape the future of talent at Lean?
