Responsible for executing the tasks assigned by the Team Lead 2. Develop an understanding of Customer’s needs and take action toensure their needs are met 3. Ensuring timely pick-up &delivery; of shipments 4. Monitor the entire shipment process,including pick-up, transit, delivery, and container return 5. Interpret and resolve load problems for partner Carriers andCustomers concerning customs, shipper/receiver scheduling, andpaperwork 6. Assist Team Lead in obtaining Proof of Delivery &Carrier; Bill from partner Carriers 7. Review booking informationverifying accurate pick-up/delivery information 8. Outstandingorganizational & time management skills 9. Meet Customerrequirements at every stage of a transaction (dispatching, tracking& tracing, updating TMS, etc.) Requirements: 1.
