OT Expert Analyst A key role in our organization is the OT Expert Analyst, responsible for working closely with local site automation engineers, regional automation working groups, and integrators to leverage technology use, improve automation communication networks, virtualization, cybersecurity, and industrial connectivity in general. Main Responsibilities: 1. Define and maintain OT network and security architecture, ensuring segregation between IT and OT networks in alignment with global OT security policies. 2. Collaborate with IT and regional automation teams to implement OT global network and cybersecurity standards. 3. Execute network configurations, firewall rule implementations, and security hardening measures for OT environments. 4. Participate in regional automation working groups, contributing to best practices for wired and wireless network strategies, virtualization, and firewall deployments. 5. Manage and maintain OT servers network layer, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance with operational requirements. 6. Oversee OT system remote access solutions to ensure secure and reliable connectivity. 7. Support network virtualization management and monitoring, leveraging VMware and other virtualization platforms. 8. Conduct assessments to map gaps, evaluate risks, and define roadmaps for OT network security improvements. 9. Lead the implementation of maintenance, upgrades, and new network security projects in collaboration with operational units. 10. Evaluate the integration and data communication between different network layers, adhering to cybersecurity protocols. 11. Identify quality issues and gaps in network security and provide mitigation plans. 12. Enable secure data communication between process historians for deeper operational analysis. 13. Work with industrial communication protocols such as Profibus, OPC UA & DA, Profinet, Ethernet, and DeviceNet. 14. Prepare and present technical documents, reports, and network security evaluations. 15. Provide leadership and technical guidance to local site automation engineers in network security best practices. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Engineering required and/or + 3 years of operational technology, IT/OT experience. 2. Advanced English (and local regional language if applicable). 3. Experience working in a multinational environment and collaborating across multiple sites and regions.
