Present, negotiate, and close deals aligned with the organization’s service portfolio. Handle rate negotiations and claims with both national and international carriers. Prepare and follow up on commercial quotations. Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery. Monitor active shipments, ensuring high service standards. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure account retention. Conduct regular updates and data input in CRM systems (e.g., Cargo Wise, Salesforce). Provide weekly and monthly sales reports and performance indicators. Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales budgets and KPIs. Support senior management with business insights and data-driven recommendations. - Candidate Profile Education: Degree or technical certification in International Trade, Logistics, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial roles in freight forwarding, logistics, or international trade. Languages: English proficiency (B2 level or above). Tools: Proficient in Excel and CRM platforms. Documents: Valid passport required; U.S. visa is a plus. - Compensation & Benefits Base Salary Range: COP $4,000,000 to $8,000,000 (negotiable based on experience) Additional Benefits: Private healthcare (after probation) Transportation allowance (up to COP $300,000) Expense reimbursements (per company policy) - Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Availability for occasional Saturday work if required.
