Your role at Baxter The LegalSpecialist Attorney will assist in achieving business goals bysupporting various company departments. What you'll be doing -Align priorities and strategic objectives of the legal function forthe cluster, geography, or region with the goals of the businessand operation. - Offer prompt, high-quality legal advice tointernal clients on various matters and projects. Assist withvarious legal function activities. - Support the administration ofexternal law firms, the monitoring of judicial processes, and themanagement of provisions. - Support and participate in legalactions as required by law to protect company interests. What youwill bring - Lawyer with a postgraduate degree in commercial orbusiness law. - 5 years of experience as a corporate attorney,preferably in pharmaceutical or multinational companies. - Legalknowledge of business, commercial, civil, competition, and laborlaw, including branches of corporate and business law.
