This role is part of our new Seargin project, where we are seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead to lead organizational change management planning and the successful adoption of Informatics products and solutions. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and globally focused team, leveraging their understanding of business needs and affiliate experience to effectively plan for and manage change initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Communication Strategy & Execution - Create communications and communication strategies as needed to inform and empower impacted audiences to adopt IT-driven changes. - Partner with key senior stakeholders globally to influence organizational behavior change and compliance. - Regularly use ingenuity and innovation to create effective communications campaigns addressing complex topics. - Identify and implement ways to simplify and streamline communications processes. - Partner with key business stakeholders on function-specific communication strategy as needed for complex IT changes. - Advise on project, portfolio, and annual communication plans with optimal channel and media mix to keep IT and business groups informed. - Fulfill end-to-end user communication strategy. - Oversee execution of communication plan. - Change Management Strategy - Apply organizational change management concepts to high-impact communication plans involving individual and organizational behavior change. - Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders on communication strategies. - Identify and manage anticipated resistance to communication plans. - Build awareness, inspire change adoption, and advocacy across all users and stakeholder groups in engaging ways. - Provide strategic direction for content/topics of IT training. - Consultation & Business Partnership - Act as partner to domain leads, product line leads, and large-scale project teams. - Consult and provide input to product roadmaps. - Advise on resource management within domains or product lines to achieve efficiencies and synergies. - Change Teamwork - Partner with other complementing teams to secure efficient ways of working (e.g., UX, partnering, engagement) and understand the big picture. - Share knowledge within teams. - Advise on timing of solution deployment to align with key business cycles and other communications efforts.
