You'll work with multiple teams - Business leaders, Finance, HR, Development to bridge the gap between Process and Tech solutions and the end users of the business and financial information and processes. You'll work with leaders around LATAM to refine how their organizations utilize the platforms, prioritize and maintain the product roadmap and drive effective platform adoption. Whenever and wherever possible, you'll seek to align to a single source of truth for data and eliminate manual processes while taking every opportunity to make life easier for your customers. Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de: Key job responsibilities- Owning the vision for the finance processes and clearly articulating the strategy to executive management and stakeholders. Such as defining the financial data generation and consumption automation across the organization.- Define/re-define company wide processes such as AP/AR to deliver on Rappi’s corporate and financial goals.- Setting the direction for world-class internal user experience, improving productivity of personnel consuming data and information across the organization- Business & process roadmap planning, developing features, and defining requirements. Work with Analytics, Product and Technology teams to prioritize key projects- Preparing launch plans, determining release goals, and prioritizing features, such as ERP, invoicing systems and processes- Developing and using metrics to improve the business constantly- Working with global users to drive adoption of the tools and processes- Manage a team to operate company wide across businesses and geos Basic Qualifications- 12+ years of analytics or program management, process improvement or technology experience- Bachelor's degree- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition- Experience with end to end product delivery- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product- English is required Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?
