The Transformation Office Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial insights, reporting, and strategic analysis to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role partners with cross-functional teams to track financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and assess the financial impact of transformation projects. The analyst will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to ensure alignment with corporate objectives. Duties/Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models to track the impact of transformation initiatives. Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and provide recommendations for optimization. Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to transformation projects. Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units and project teams to assess financial implications of transformation efforts. Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership to drive decision-making. Act as a financial advisor for transformation project leads, ensuring cost efficiency and value creation. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) of transformation initiatives. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to leadership and stakeholders. Monitor cost savings and efficiency gains, ensuring financial targets are met. Process Improvement & Risk Assessment: Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements. Assess financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Support implementation of financial best practices within the Transformation Office. Qualifications (skills/experience) Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred). 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance roles. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills. Experience with enterprise transformation, cost reduction, or process improvement initiatives. Proficiency in financial software (SAP, Hyperion, or similar) and advanced Excel skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities, with experience partnering with senior leaders. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
