Consumer Health is investing significantly to transform our core ERP landscape, this through the implementation of a single global instance of SAPs S4 Hana platform. This will unlock significant value and establish a best of bread foundation for our S4 Digital Core. **Core responsibilities include**: - Be a change agent, educating the teams of the benefits of the new global Consumer OneS4 ERP - Engage with the stakeholders to prepare them and their teams for the OneS4 implementation in their Region/Country - Have a good end to end knowledge on the new design in order to be able to explain new ways of working - Gain a complete understanding of region/country nuances in order to drive an assessment of statutory required process adaptations - Tight liaison between the process design teams and the business - Ensure process documentation, DTP etc all in place prior to launch - Lead Compliance and Controls processes end to end **Accountabilities**: - Deliver future looking ERP design fit for successful Consumer business - Align on roadmap priorities - Drive implementation to roadmap plan **People Management**: - Management and Leadership of approx. 1 person - Take the ownership for employees' performance and development in a way that maximizes the performance and development of self and others, comply with 5 Conversations Leader responsibilities - Empower people to act with speed, agility, and accountability enabling them to achieve their goals - Make decisions and take actions based on a global and/or enterprise-wide mindset that adds value across the organization - Promote the work environment that leverages diverse perspectives, backgrounds and talent to generate innovative ideas or solutions, challenge status quo, leads and adapts to change - Create a trusting, collaborative, and ethical work environment that positively contributes to employee engagement and retention **Travel**: - 10-20% **Qualifications** Required Competencies**: - A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or an international qualified accountant equivalent - Fluent English, confidence in presenting to Senior Management in English - 10+ years job experience in different Finance Functions - Detailed knowledge of supply chain flows, including Principle accounting and management versus statutory reporting - Track record of collaboration with range of partners to drive E2E thinking - International exposure - US GAAP accounting experience - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proven business partnering skills - Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. - Strong analytical skills - _ - _ - Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
