We are looking for a Finance Project Controller in our Liquid and Powder Technologies division. - Your responsibilities and tasks: - Div. Order to Cash support & Project Controlling: Ensure regulatory compliance of projects from their registration until payment collection, as well as monitoring operations and execution, identifying risks and opportunities, and financial performance of the project/business vs. initial calculations and projections. - Productivity promoter: Identify deviations and Non-Conformance Costs of projects and ensure the implementation of a "lesson learned" dynamic to optimize processes in all areas, avoid errors, and generate productivity and competitiveness. - Make sure guidelines Division implementation: Be the division's ambassador in the region and ensure that 100% of the company's guidelines and procedures are implemented and applied in the region by all areas. - Support financial & Division local / HQ requirements: Provide support in information and/or management required locally or by HQ regarding the division. - Own the relationship with the operational departments: Be the contact for all operational areas (Market, Sales, Product, SCM, Service) related to the Division. - Manage and prioritize Demand: Manage and prioritize internal and external division requirements. - Support reporting area to Execute Division reporting (LPT) Rush-CORE-3MRF: Under the guidance of the Financial Manager, execute the Rush, Core, and 3MRF reporting of the Division. - Drive specific Div. Reporting & Requirements: Manage and ensure timely and accurate delivery of all specific division reporting required locally and/or by HQ. - Budget & Forecast Your profile and qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business administration or related files. - Finance and accounting knowledge desirable - Minimum B2 level of English. - SAP management (desirable). - Experience in project management and project controlling - Have a focus on automation and process efficiency.
