The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and a creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through marketing and video content efforts. You will be a key spokesperson for our firm's messaging, building our brand, identifying opportunities, engaging our target audiences, and directly driving client acquisition for our firm's legal services.About UsSubhan Law is a truly global law firm, uniquely positioned to help our clients achieve their business, immigration, investment, and tax goals. Our purpose in the world is to empower entrepreneurship, innovation, and global economic prosperity.Responsibilities:Develop video content and lead generation strategiesServe as our law firm's spokesperson on Youtube & LinkedInPlan and attend marketing events to promote our legal servicesDevelop knowledge of each practice area and benefits of servicesCommunicate with qualified leads and collaborate on onboardingIdentify new business and expansion opportunities to drive growthDevelop, build, and nurture relationships with key decision-makersWork closely with attorneys to negotiate and close deals with clientsBuild a referral network of attorneys, accountants, and wealth advisorsActively network with startups, accelerators, universities, VC funds, & CCBSkills/Experience/Requirements:Bachelor's degree in law, marketing, or similar field2+ years law, marketing, or business development experience with proven successful resultsEnglish fluency, preferably C1 including excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in video production basics (shooting with mobile devices, understanding lighting/audio) and basic video editing software/tools (e.g., CapCut, in-app editors, or willingness to quickly learn)Exceptional organizational, relationship building, and negotiation skillsExperience working with startups and or C-suite executivesTeam player who is able to work independently with minimal oversightA highly professional demeanor, positive outlook and a can-do attitudeWork on-site from our firm's office in BogotaTechnology: The ideal candidate will have familiarity or be willing to learn the following tools:Adobe Premier Rush or CapCutSlack, Loom, and other softwareGmail, Word, Google Docs and CalendarYoutube Studio and inkedIn AnalyticsSalary: Base salary and comissions based on closed dealsIf you are interested in this position, please respond with your resume and reasons of why you believe you'd be a good candidate for the position.
