Driven by You. - Negotiate and manage private label commercial contracts for Latin America, including SKUs and project volumes. - Develop commercial offers and expand the portfolio by evaluating new categories and considering CAPEX allocation. - Manage key certifications, such as ISO 9008 and FSC, and comply with competition law and production plant check-lists. - Oversee the order management and demand cycle, including reporting customer orders, visibility and release of customer orders, tracking deliveries, and sales forecast reporting. - Centralize logistic agreements, track and liquidate them, and manage account receivable and portfolio control. - Provide weekly financial reporting and monthly updates, analyzing P&L; management, cost evolution, and financial impacts. Requirements: - At least 10 years of commercial experience in diverse industries, with a strong ability to design and implement Commercial and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) capabilities. - Strong decision-making, influence, and drive commercial strategy through cross-functional collaboration. - Strong financial acumen, including understanding of business issues, mission, and goals. - Ability to define priorities, align teams, and create a climate that inspires employees to do their best. - Ability to deal confidently with ambiguity, motivate people through transformation, and mobilize teams to action.
