As a **Drayage Operations Specialist, **you will analyze, interpret data, and provide logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions. **Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**: - Communicate with drivers, carriers and customers via phone calls to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure smooth coordination of drayage operations. - Prepare, review, and manage documentation (POD, BOL, ETA) and data entry related to drayage operations, - Prepare invoices and billing statements for services rendered. - Plan and coordinate the transportation of cargo (Load Building). - Administrate the booking and confirmation of freight with customers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance. **Requirements**: **What would help you succeed**: - Believe and love what you do. - Detail-oriented. - Proactive and autonomous. - High communication skills. - Sense of urgency. - Good customer service skills. **Minimum requirements**: - **Studies**:High school degree is required.** Desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics related. Additional studies are also considered. - **Experience**:Drayage/Ocean Logistics experience is required**, and experience in bilingual customer service, operations, or back-office roles would be a plus. - **Language**: Very good English skills.
