Job Title A lead site reliability engineer is needed to shape the company's technical capabilities and foster a culture of reliability and automation. This role will be responsible for defining and implementing architectural strategies, leading incident response architecture, and mentoring performance test, SRE, and DevOps engineers. Key Responsibilities - Define and implement architectural strategies for performance, reliability, scalability, and observability across systems. - Lead incident response architecture and postmortem processes. - Mentor Performance Test, SRE, and DevOps engineers. - Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to ensure robust and secure systems. Requirements - Strong experience with Azure Cloud. - Expertise in designing and guiding the implementation of SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets. - Ability to architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies. - Knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and Splunk.
