Key Training Position This is a senior leadership role within our organization, responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing training initiatives that drive business outcomes. About the Role We are seeking a skilled Training Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, testing, and implementing client training programs from scratch. This includes identifying training needs based on skills gap analyses, creating group and individual learning courses, and managing the training budget. Responsibilities - Design and Deliver Training Programs: Develop comprehensive training programs that meet client and business objectives. Ensure that training materials are engaging, interactive, and relevant to the target audience. - Training Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of training needs across various departments, teams, and individuals. Identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions. - Training Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of training programs. Ensure that training activities are aligned with business objectives and that participants are engaged and motivated. - Budget Management: Manage the training budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to achieve business outcomes. - Evaluation and Improvement: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement. Make recommendations for changes to training strategies and materials. Requirements - Advanced English Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply. - Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment. - Skills: In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods, including workshops, simulations, e-learning, and coaching. - Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational Psychology, or related field. Master's degree preferred but not required.
