We are looking for a DevOps Engineer (GKE required) Key Responsibilities: Assist in engineering backend solutions to reduce toil for developers onboarding and managing workloads in the Cloud. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to GCP services, Kubernetes deployments, Terraform configurations, and other cloud technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues promptly. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, provide updates, and ensure a positive support experience. Document troubleshooting procedures, solutions, and best practices for internal and client use. Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and documentation to enhance support efficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in cloud computing. Strong proficiency in GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and related technologies. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly. Fluency in English , with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality support services. Preferred Qualifications: GCP certification (e.g., Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect). Experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and Docker Swarm. Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Ansible. Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Stackdriver, Prometheus, or ELK Stack. Knowledge of networking concepts relevant to cloud computing (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S). Note: JavaScript is a plus, but systems background in GCP and Terraform Enterprise is essential.
