In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling, high-performing email copy that drives engagement, registrations, and conversions across our suite of continuing medical education (CME) programs for healthcare professionals. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will support campaign execution by writing clear, concise, and strategic email copy tailored to our diverse audiences, including physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other allied health professionals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact communications that align with brand tone and business goals. Key Responsibilities Write engaging subject lines, preview text, and email body copy optimized to drive opens, clicks, and conversions Tailor email messaging for different member audiences based on profession, specialty, and learning needs Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine messaging strategies for new course launches, live webinars, course surveys, and re-engagement campaigns Use email performance data to test, optimize, and improve copy for maximum effectiveness Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, tone, and style guidelines Support the execution of the email marketing calendar with timely and relevant messaging Work with designers and email production leads to ensure seamless integration of copy with visuals and layout Maintain accuracy and professionalism in all communications, with strong attention to detail.
