At Segula Technologies, we are seeking a skilled Battery Systems Integration Engineer to join our innovative team. As a key member of our design and release teams, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our high-voltage batteries in manufacturing and battery assembly plants. About The Role - You will perform Battery End of Line (EOL) testing for various high-voltage batteries assembled in our Pilot Plant. - You will assist in issue troubleshooting and document/track issues. - You will analyze EOL data using Vector CAN tools, INCA, or plant tester diagnostic tools. - You will support root cause problem-solving activities. - You will manage module voltage variation correction to optimize pack assembly. - You will perform flashing of BPCM/CSC and ensure proper pairing. - You will aid in change control and establishment of clean points. - You will document new requirements, best practices, and lessons learned. - You will support pilot vehicle triage and systems level troubleshooting of battery packs. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in engineering. - Advanced English and Spanish level, B2 or above preferred. - Strong systems engineering knowledge and analytical problem-solving skills. - Experience with data acquisition and diagnostic tools: INCA, Vector tools: CANalyzer. - Excellent communication skills. - Team-oriented with a proactive attitude. - Proficiency in application engineering principles. - High attention to detail and process-oriented. - Legally eligible to work in Mexico. Preferred Qualifications - Electrical Engineering degree with 2-3 years of automotive industry experience (can include school projects). - High Voltage Battery or High Voltage powertrain experience. - Experience with electronic system level troubleshooting and embedded controls. - Understanding of diagnostics fundamentals. - Extensive hands-on use of INCA, CDA, CAN, CANalyzer, Canoe, and other electrical root cause tools.
