This is a high-ownership role where you'll operate at the intersection of sales strategy, conversion optimization, and business development. You'll lead our sales funnel from end to end, manage a small team of volunteers who support 30% of our calls, and personally handle the highest-leverage 70%—with a target of converting 50%+ into paying customers. Responsibilities - Own the funnel. Track and optimize each stage of the B2C funnel, ensuring we're hitting key metrics across acquisition, conversion, and retention. - Lead sales conversations. Conduct 1:1 calls with prospective participants, understanding their needs, qualifying fit, and closing with confidence. - Scale what works. Create and improve scripts, processes, and automations to increase conversion and reduce manual work. - Lead and coach a sales squad. Train and coordinate a team of volunteers who support part of the admissions process. - Build reports & dashboards. Measure what matters. You'll be responsible for sales data, KPIs, and weekly funnel performance updates. - Collaborate with the founders. You'll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape the future of our growth engine. Qualifications - You've done this before. 2–4 years of experience in roles that blend analytical thinking and sales: strategy, consulting, business development, ops, or growth. - You're naturally persuasive. You know how to build trust, hold powerful conversations, and close with empathy. - You're obsessed with numbers. Funnels, KPIs, and conversion rates are your playground. You love measuring and improving processes. - You're tech-savvy. You're comfortable using tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Notion, CRMs (like HubSpot), and dashboards. - You've got gravitas. People trust you. You bring confidence, charisma, and a strong presence into every room (or Zoom). - You're scrappy and entrepreneurial. You're excited by ambiguity, love building from scratch, and get things done fast. - You care deeply about people. You're not just trying to close sales—you're trying to help the right people transform their leadership and their lives.
