As the Program Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Transformation, you will play a critical role in delivering on our global roadmap by managing cross-functional programs, coordinating execution, and enabling our team to operate with clarity and impact. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of how we recruit across all levels, functions, and regions.Your RoleReporting to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition Strategy & Transformation, you will serve as a strategic program manager and operational partner, helping drive the execution of our most critical recruiting initiatives. From overseeing project plans and building executive-ready decks to tracking progress and coordinating global stakeholders, you will act as a central force that keeps our transformation efforts moving forward. This individual contributor role spans early talent, direct labor, professional, and executive hiring and supports our commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in global talent acquisition. This will be a remote position.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Program Management & Operational Rhythm: Own the project management of key global talent acquisition transformation initiatives—from planning to execution. Establish strong operating rhythms, ensuring all workstreams stay on track, aligned, and deliver against milestonesProject Management: Develop detailed project plans, track dependencies, and drive accountability across teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of global TA transformation projectsExecutive Readouts & Strategic Communications: Build high-quality decks, leadership briefings, and program updates that synthesize complex information into clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholdersCross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the connective tissue across Talent Acquisition. Ensure seamless collaboration and execution across programs, systems, and regionsGlobal Program Oversight: Support the design, rollout, and adoption of enterprise-wide recruiting programs (e.g., interview scheduling, recruiter tools, process harmonization) by coordinating pilots, gathering feedback, and ensuring consistent global implementationProgress Tracking & Accountability: Maintain clear visibility into all active initiatives, proactively identify risks or roadblocks, and facilitate resolution by escalating or adjusting scope as neededReporting & Insights: Support the development of dashboards, performance metrics, and insights that track progress, highlight impact, and guide decision-making across global programs and technology initiativesTrusted Partner to Leadership: Act as a right hand to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition Strategy & Transformation, anticipating needs, preparing materials, and ensuring priorities are advanced with urgency, clarity, and precisionChange Management Support: Partner on communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies to drive adoption and behavior change across talent acquisition teams worldwideRequired Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor’s degreeFluent in EnglishFive years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition programs and operationsProven ability to manage large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.Skilled in creating executive-level materials that clearly communicate goals, progress, and outcomesStrong experience supporting global HR programs across early talent, direct labor, professional, and executive recruitingExpertise in implementing and/or supporting talent acquisition systems such as Workday Recruiting, Paradox, talent intelligence platforms or CRMsExcellent in Change and Project Management conceptsExperience with data-driven decision-making and ability to use analytics to drive improvementsKnowledge of global recruitment best practices and legal or compliance considerationsStrong analytical skills and familiarity with dashboards, KPIs, and ROI frameworks for program performanceHands-on experience with Workday Recruiting, Paradox.ai, or similar recruitment technologies, with a focus on continuous improvement and adoptionPhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits PackageA commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
