Renowned for its innovative approach to enhancing the performance and health of building systems, the company leverages cutting-edge IoT technology, data analytics, and real-time insights to revolutionize energy management, operational efficiency, and cost reduction in the commercial and industrial real estate sectors. **The Role***: As a Project Manager - IoT Building Systems Installation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful deployment and functionality of our operational intelligence platform for facilities. Your expertise in project coordination, troubleshooting, and commissioning of building equipment will drive seamless integration and operation of our electrical, gas, and water meters and other devices. This role requires a proactive approach to project management, a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers. **Responsibilities**: **Project Coordination**: Create a plan for conducting surveys utilizing third party contractors Supervise and coordinate site surveys executionValidate survey to ensure a complete survey is delivered with the required informationReview initial project scope to ensure required equipment and materials are properly specified and accounted for - Manage & track project budgets, provide accurate forecasting and reporting to internal stakeholders including finance Manage the change order process with the customer and internal stakeholders **Equipment Commissioning & Troubleshooting**: Identify, troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues remotely or guide team on site with clear instructions Use software tools to configure and verify device settings for optimal performance - Perform remote quality assurance (QA) checks on new installations, including data integrity and equipment setup **Progress Reporting**: Regularly communicate project status, progress, and updates to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines - Serve as the main point of contact for customers during project execution, providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring high satisfaction with the installation process **Process Optimization**: Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions to optimize operations. Develop and implement strategies to improve project management and installation methods to improve delivery timelines, quality, and cost. - Leverage prior experience to introduce best practices and new tools that enhance the customer experience Collaborate with internal teams to refine SOPs, making them more effective and easier to follow for long-term use. Stay informed on industry trends and technologies to proactively suggest improvements to hardware systems and processesAct as a thought leader by presenting ideas that challenge the status quo and elevate the team's capabilitiesConduct post-delivery analysis to identify recurring issues and drive initiatives to reduce their frequency or eliminate them entirely - Document current processes, identify inefficiencies in project workflows and recommend improvements to streamline operations **Qualifications and Attributes**: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams Ability to build rapport with customer contacts, maintain relationships over time, and handle challenging situations with professionalismCustomer-centric approach with a delta-oriented mindset and a focus on delivering high-quality executionBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldHave at least one of the following certifications, or similar: Project Management Professional (PMP), Construction Project Management (CPMC), Certified Construction Manager (CCM)4 years experience project managing construction, smart IoT equipment installation and commissioning, or managing building operations with smart IoT building systemsExperience in fieldwork and an understanding of metering infrastructure are desirableStrong background in utility metering systems (electric, water, gas) is highly preferredExperience working with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Zoho Desk) and managing maintenance workflowsData-driven mindset with a natural focus on analyzing and improving processesAbility to effectively juggle multiple competing priorities - A natural commitment to continuous learning and improvement **About the Company**: Odisea fue fundada bajo la creencia de que las empresas increíbles solo pueden ser construidas sobre la base de una cultura in
