**Responsibilities** - Communicate with customers via phone - Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability - Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs - Data entry in various platforms **Qualifications** - Excellent phone etiquette - English (B2) - Basic understanding of call center KPIs: AHT, Service Level - Problem-solving skills - Detail-oriented - Extraordinary team player - Global mindset and ability to work across multiple cultures - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills **Remuneration** 2.525.000 COP + 10% performance bonus (Salary + bonus = 2.800.000) We pay Semi-monthly! **Schedules** 45 Hours per week.
