We're looking for a Carrier Sales rep for this dynamic and fast-growing freight-tech company in the US, you will be responsible for managing relationships with carriers and customers to facilitate the movement of goods from origin to destination. **You**: - Love fast pace - Would go to extreme lengths to serve a customer - Looking for a role with startup-level upward mobility - Want to build and learn with some of the brightest minds in logistics - Spend time during the weekend planning your week - Enjoy being challenged in a fast paced environment **Responsibilities**: - Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and customers to facilitate the movement of goods - Negotiate rates for both spot market and contracts with carriers to ensure profitable business for the company - Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and secure business through quick and accurate quoting - Manage carrier relationships, including performance evaluations and contract renewals - Monitor market trends and adjust carrier rates as necessary to remain competitive - Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements - Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers - Utilize transportation management software to track shipments and maintain accurate records - Participate in regular meetings with management to review performance metrics and discuss strategies for improvement **Job Requirements**: - Experience in freight brokerage or transportation management - Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Professional level of English - written and verbal - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - Knowledge of transportation management software and industry regulations - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions - High level of attention to detail and organizational skills **Please provide a copy of your CV in English in order to be considered for this role.** Pay: $3,000,000 - $3,500,000 per month **Experience**: - sales: 1 year (preferred) - logistics: 1 year (preferred)
