We are looking for a skilled SAP Business One Consultant with expertise in the Human Resources module to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Business One HR functionalities, ensuring efficient management of our human capital. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience (5 + years) in implementing and supporting SAP Business One, with a strong focus on the Human Resources module. - Strong understanding of HR processes, best practices, and relevant regulations. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. - English Proeficient C1 Level (MANDATORY) - SAP Business One certification is a plus. Responsibilities: - Implement and configure the SAP Business One Human Resources module, including employee master data, time and attendance, payroll integration, and HR reporting. - Gather business requirements, analyze HR processes, and design solutions within SAP Business One to streamline HR operations. - Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on SAP Business One HR functionalities. - Develop and maintain documentation related to system configuration, processes, and procedures. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP Business One HR module. - Collaborate with other consultants and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with other SAP Business One modules. - Assist in data migration and system upgrades related to the HR module. - Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations within the SAP Business One HR setup. - Stay up-to-date with SAP Business One best practices and new HR functionalities.
