The team lead is good at making decisions, has organizational skills and time-management skills. Planning and organizing team's work, launching new procedures and managing existing ones. Ensuring the training, developing and motivating the team's personnel, working orders inside the team are functioning well. Managing multiple stakeholders across the company is also required for this position. The Streaming Support Team Lead located in Vilnius and Medellin will report directly to the Second Line Support Team Lead whose role is to provide immediate assistance to our clients and partners for Genius Sports Live Video Streaming Product. The Genius Live Support Team Lead will provide high-level client service and seamless problem-solving skills. **Main Responsibilities**: - Defining the goals of the team deriving from the business needs together with the Head of GeniusLive Studio. Ensuring the fulfilment of those goals.
