"> Our Regional Advisor will lead the development and implementation of Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) strategies in crisis contexts. They will provide operational support to Country Offices, design SOPs, participate in sector coordination mechanisms, and promote feasibility and market analysis based on available information. "> Key End Results: "> - Leadership and Strategy "> "> Provide strategic direction and coordination for CVA programming in project countries. "> Design and lead the CVA portfolio, ensuring alignment with broader global strategies. "> Monitor the quality of CVA country responses and ensure adherence to global standards and best practices. "> Deploy to support AVC country offices in the region. "> Develop country-specific guidelines and SOPs. "> - Operational technical support to CO "> "> Provide technical support in the design and implementation of AVC interventions. "> Assist in identifying the most appropriate delivery modalities according to context and needs. "> Conduct feasibility, risk and opportunity analysis for AVC (multi-purpose or sectoral: protection, food, education). "> - Humanitarian Coordination "> "> Represent the Organisation in AVC clusters and regional platforms. "> Contribute to stakeholder mapping and inter-agency coordination processes. "> - Analysis and evidence "> "> Conduct or support analysis of market, supplier capacity, protection and fraud risks. "> Systematize experiences, lessons learned and contribute to case studies. "> Participate in field missions and needs assessments. "> - Capacity building "> "> Train Plan humanitarian staff and local partners in AVC. "> Promote regional technical exchange on AVC practices.
