Job Title: Financial Data Expert We are seeking an experienced professional to play a key role in our procurement team. This position involves managing the supplier experience, from onboarding to issue resolution and data integrity. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and prior experience working with Coupa or another major P2P/ERP system. - The successful candidate will own the end-to-end supplier onboarding process, ensuring timely registration and approval in internal procurement systems. - They will manage and maintain supplier master data to ensure accuracy and alignment across systems. - As the primary administrator for the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP), they will support both internal stakeholders and external suppliers. - The person in this role will coordinate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve supplier-related issues and incidents. - They will monitor and manage supplier inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and communication across platforms. - The individual will educate and guide suppliers through the Coupa onboarding process, promoting portal adoption and self-service functionality. - They will drive process improvements and standardization related to supplier data and P2P workflows. - The successful candidate will ensure compliance with procurement policies and support audit-readiness of supplier records.
