About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Growth Operations Associate to support creative, media, and analytics workflows across multiple client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who’s eager to grow into an operational leader in the digital marketing space. You’ll work directly with the founder and collaborate with strategists to manage ad accounts, organize creative assets, launch campaigns, prepare reports, and maintain internal systems. This is not a passive VA position—it’s a high-impact role that drives results and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Creative Operations Upload and stage finished creative assets across ad platforms Maintain folder structures, naming conventions, and creative archives Media Operations Build and launch ad campaigns based on strategic input Assist in managing media budgets and campaign pacing Analytics & Reporting Pull weekly performance metrics and populate templated reports Contribute to ad hoc analysis and performance deep-dives Client & Internal Operations Support onboarding of new clients into internal systems Keep documentation and operational files organized and updated Help maintain and improve internal SOPs and knowledge bases Who You Are You thrive in structured systems, appreciate clarity in naming conventions, and enjoy creating order in a fast-moving environment. Must-Haves Prior experience supporting a marketing agency or eCommerce brand Advanced written English and comfort with structured documentation Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager (launching, duplicating, QA) Strong skills in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, lookups) Familiarity with Slack, Notion, and Google Drive Strong attention to detail and process ownership mindset Clear, proactive communication Nice-to-Haves Experience with Google Ads or other paid media platforms Basic design or editing skills What Success Looks Like in 90 Days You’re confidently launching Meta Ads without errors and with correct naming conventions All creative assets are staged and organized without needing strategist oversight Weekly reports are completed accurately and on time You’ve begun to suggest and implement process improvements You’re comfortable navigating ad accounts and making basic updates #J-18808-Ljbffr
