Conduct on-site or in-house site surveys, installation and repair of equipment/systems to ensure it meets Rohde & Schwarz’ high standards of performance Diagnose equipment malfunctions, perform repairs and complete preventative maintenance Provide remote support to customers and complete service tickets in the ticketing system Available to support a 24x7 on-call schedule together with a team, and respond to on-demand travel for service actions Understand complex system architecture and apply that to diagnostic process Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical schematics to ensure proper installation Represent the company in a customer support role and is responsible for customer’s satisfaction with equipment and servicing Accurately prepare daily logs and reports of work performed, including hours spent and inventory used for each assignment Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects Effectively communicate with customers in a professional business environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
