Job Description This role will funnel leads to a sales representative for further qualification and closing. It is a lead generation position within our new Donnelley Solutions Group (DSG), not responsible for subsequent sales cycle steps, but there is potential for growth if desired. Depending on your location, you may be required to work from an RRD location and from home 2-3 days a week, making this a hybrid role. Responsibilities: Leverage prospecting techniques to initiate contact with prospective clients in financial services, insurance, utilities, mortgage, and retirement services. Generate interest for discovery meetings with RRD Sales Executives. Identify multiple contact points within target lists and present our value proposition to encourage prospects to learn more about RRD. Conduct online research to understand prospect business objectives and contact points to better position RRD services. Build a high-value sales pipeline through strategic prospecting for healthcare accounts. Collaborate with the sales team to develop target prospect lists. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects, ensuring excellent customer experience. Transition leads smoothly to account executives after discovery meetings. Utilize Salesforce effectively for all lead generation activities. Meet with Sales Leaders to evaluate and refine strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, or related field. At least 2 years of sales and telemarketing experience, emphasizing cold calling. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Goal-oriented, persuasive, self-motivated, and independent. Experience with cold calling techniques and Salesforce CRM. Comfortable using multiple outreach channels, including email, phone, social media, and mail. Ability to position different RRD services within the same prospect account. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Results-driven, persistent, persuasive, with prospecting and closing skills. Resilient and capable of handling rejection professionally. Additional Information The national pay range for this role is $43,900 to $77,200 per year, potentially varying based on location, education, skills, experience, and performance. Compensation may include bonuses, commissions, or incentives.
