Role Summary: We are looking for a highly driven and systems-focused Director of Operations to lead the backend engine of our growing expansion team. This role is key to ensuring operational efficiency, allowing our network agents to focus on revenue-generating activities. You will design, implement, and optimize systems that support transaction coordination, financial management, internal processes, and team operations. As the organization grows, you will play a central role in scaling operations and building a strong administrative team. Responsibilities: - Build, implement, and manage systems for internal operations, transaction coordination, financials, client communications, and marketing. - Maintain and document key workflows across departments (e.g., customer service, lead generation, buyer/seller processes). - Oversee the entire financial operation: bookkeeping, payroll, commission tracking, budgeting, and reporting. - Ensure all contracts are processed and closed efficiently. - Create and maintain a detailed operations manual for team reference. - Manage office equipment and vendor relationships. - Recruit, train, and supervise administrative staff as the team expands. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required. - 3-5 years of administrative or operational experience (real estate experience preferred). - 1-3 years in a leadership or management role. - Strong skills in system development, documentation, and process optimization. - Experience in bookkeeping and financial systems (A/R and A/P). - Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities. - Real estate license is a plus but not required.
