**What is RoverPass?** RoverPass is a ~50 person startup focusing on the campground and RV Park industry. We provide campgrounds and RV parks with a property management system and marketing services to help drive them more business. We are a small team and require a hands-on and hungry approach. The Channel Management product helps to sync reservations between our platform and other platforms to ensure that owners using our software have the greatest reach in the camping and RV park industry.. If you're interested in opportunities at RoverPass, we'd love to hear from you! **Who we are looking for**: We are currently hiring a Channel Management Product Owner to help us onboard, sync reservations, create processes for Channel Management, work between our product team and customer success team managing synchronization across channel management projects, and maintaining our Channel Management product as we continue to refine and build it. A Channel Management Product Owner will be very comfortable working in tech and have a keen eye for detail. This job is very technical and involves understanding of API documentation as well as the software development lifecycle. The position will require mastery of channel management software as well as a deep understanding of our internal reservation system product. The success of our Channel Management product will be highly dependent on the success and oversight coming out of this role. Initially the Channel Management Project Owner will get their hands dirty by helping onboard customers, working with the development team to scope an deep integration with our channel management partner, work with our sales and account management teams to sell te product as well as train our onboarding team on how to onboard a customer. **Responsibilities**: - Master the product through a formal onboarding program and continued learning. - Initiate team collaboration internally and externally to create and drive Channel Management development within RoverPass. - Create comprehensive documentation and sets of instructions for the Channel Management program for internal adoption. - Become the Go-To person for all channel management inquiries. - Consistently look for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches that will contribute to the client's success. - Develop and attain an in-depth knowledge of the Channel Management product and associated processes. - Implement the technical components for clients to get set up with distribution channels and maintain technical components for existing distribution channels. - Communicate and escalate appropriately across teams to ensure project success. - Provide valuable user stories to the Software development team for product improvement. - Initially manage the onboarding of new accounts onto our channel management product then transition the responsibility to the onboarding team or hire for this role - Complete assigned tasks in an organized manner to ensure project deadlines are met. - Ensure all reservations have seamlessly synced to reservation software. - Maintain updates to each account as we receive notice from management. - Enhance customer satisfaction by providing distinctive service in all interactions. - Establish a trusted advisor relationship to ensure customer satisfaction. - Partner with Sales and Services teams to define ongoing best practices for Channel Management tasks. **Requirements**: - Highly organized - Attention to detail - Ability to find creative solutions - Understanding of product related processes - Project Management experience desired - Channel Management knowledge desired - Property Management knowledge desired - Strong administrative and data entry skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Strong analytical capabilities and solutions oriented - Ability to follow through on tasks until completed - Ability to find creative solutions - High degree of flexibility - Experience with Google Docs
