As strategic experts in implementingthe Snowflake platform, we engage with customers to optimize,accelerate, and drive meaningful business outcomes throughcutting-edge technology solutions. As a Consulting Manager, youwill lead teams executing complex migrations from legacy systems tothe Snowflake platform. Your role will involve close collaborationwith customers and system integrators to understand requirements,design robust migration strategies, and oversee seamlesstransitions. Your leadership will ensure that Snowflake ispositioned as the premier solution in data warehousing andanalytics, influencing both technical and executive stakeholders. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Oversee the design and implementation ofcomprehensive migration plans, ensuring they meet customer needsand are integrated seamlessly into the Snowflake environment. - Actas a senior technical leader and advisor to our customersthroughout the Snowflake implementation process. - Ensure thedeployment of Snowflake adheres to best practices, facilitatingknowledge transfers to empower customers to fully leverage Snowflake independently. - Develop and maintain a profoundunderstanding of the competitive landscape and complementarytechnologies, strategically positioning Snowflake in the market. -Collaborate with System Integrators at a high technical level toensure the successful deployment of Snowflake across diversecustomer environments. - Innovate and contribute to the creation ofpresentations, documentation, utilities, and accelerators toenhance project efficiency and effectiveness. - Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams tocontinuously refine and advance Snowflake’s offerings. MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS: - Minimum of 5 years in leadership roles withintechnical consulting, solutions architecture, or a related field. -Proven experience in managing large-scale migrations fromtraditional data platforms to modern cloud-based solutions. -Demonstrable experience with legacy and modern data warehousesystems. - Comprehensive understanding of cloud services acrossplatforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. - Proficiency in SQL,Python, and other scripting languages. - Strong presentationskills, capable of engaging and influencing both technical teamsand senior executives. - Bachelor’s or higher degree in ComputerScience, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Extensive consulting experience intechnical environments. - Experience on non-relational dataplatforms and large-scale data processing technologies. -Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and others. -Experience in ETL Pipelines and Software Development Background. -SnowPro Core Certification or equivalent.
