What You’ll Do: Develop and Execute Campaign Strategies: Plan and manage data-driven marketing campaigns across channels, from ideation to launch and performance tracking. Support the Demand Generation Engine: Collaborate on initiatives that generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and drive growth. Enhance the Customer Journey: Optimize the user experience across key touchpoints—from awareness to engagement and retention. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure alignment with business goals and campaign messaging. Measure and Report Performance: Use data and insights to track KPIs, report on progress, and refine strategies for better outcomes. Leverage Marketing Tools: Utilize platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools to manage workflows and streamline execution. Who You Are: 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy, growth, or campaign management roles. Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking, data interpretation, and optimization. Familiar with digital channels like paid media, email marketing, SEO, and content strategy. Comfortable using CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Proactive, curious, and eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
