This position will be responsible for implementing, at LATAM level, the key capabilities define by global teams as a priority, the scope includes the support in the leadership of projects, from the planning to the development using agile methodology and influencing different areas. (Marketing, R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory affairs, IT, HCP strategy/ops/execution leaders). What is your position? This position will be responsible for implementing, at LATAM level, the key capabilities define by global teams as a priority, the scope includes the support in the leadership of projects, from the planning to the development using agile methodology and influencing different areas. (Marketing, R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory affairs, IT, HCP strategy/ops/execution leaders). Key responsibilities • Support connection and colaboration with global team for local implementation of projects, leverage synergies, best practices a new way of working. Receive global input but also transmit local needs and priorities according to LATAM stage of development. (20%) • Contribute on the definition and local prioritization of projects, roadmap building with a 3year scope, definition of objective/Key Results and KPIs tracking.(10%) • Colaborates with the set-up product backlog, cards & tasks are that the projects are clear to all members (10%) • Give close follow-up to product backlog, cards & tasks compromise deliveries and timelines. (30%) • Lead meeting's agenda for each project and share-out sessions when needed (partnering with areas involved in the project as IT, BI, operations and others) (10%) • Partner with support areas to optimize teamwork and guarantee execution as well as solve or escalate potential blockers and barriers (15%) • Connect with external partners to get insights & external trends, to develop & shape competition assessment and shift & lift best practices in Latam. (5%) What are we looking for Required qualifications: • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering, marketing or other related. • At least two years of experience in a consumer moving goods, pharma, start-ups or related industries or business.
