Job Description General Summary The Motion Designer will create compelling motion graphics and animations for video content, including animated titles, transition animations, end-cards, and more. The role requires flexibility to shift focus across multiple projects, strong communication skills, and the ability to produce content optimized for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Creativity, accuracy, and professionalism are essential. Responsibilities Fluent in English (B2 or higher). Experience in video editing and motion graphics for social media. Proficiency in 2D and 3D animation across various media (broadcast, OOH, web, experiential). Design static concepts to support animation work. Collaborate with other designers and creative teams. Partner with peers and clients to ensure work meets brand and strategic standards. Support motion design projects within brand guidelines. Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings. Showcase storytelling skills across multiple formats and channels. Qualifications 3-6 years of motion design experience in a design studio, tech company, ad agency, or similar environment. Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual aesthetics. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with Premiere, Final Cut, AVID is a plus. Experience creating After Effects templates. Knowledge of current motion design trends and social media practices. Understanding of file management and project workflows. Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues. Passionate, proactive, curious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
