Orbit & Skyline is lookingforward to onboarding an experienced Semiconductor Etch Engineer tojoin our team, focusing on the maintenance of semiconductormanufacturing equipment at an international customer site outsideIndia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in globalsemiconductor wafer FAB equipment maintenance. Wondering what yourResponsibilities would be? - In-depth knowledge of corrective &preventive; maintenance of 200/300mm Axcelis Integra, RPS 320, GES,GEL, Fusion Gemini Photo stabilizer, and RPS210. - Ability toperform robot teaching and adjustments for the above-mentionedtools. - Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance ofthe specified tools. - Skilled in performing complextroubleshooting, conducting root cause analysis using methods likeFish bone/8D and 4D methodology, and resolving tool issues. -Execute all tasks safely while maintaining good housekeepingstandards. - Understanding and servicing of Vacuum componentsincluding Dry/Turbo/Cryo pumps, Helium leak check, and function ofgauges. - In-depth understanding of chillers and heat-exchangers. -Hands-on experience in RF troubleshooting and calibration. You are where our search ends if you hold: - 5years of experience in global semiconductor wafer FAB equipmentmaintenance. - Degree/Diploma in Engineering or a related fieldwith relevant experience. - Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills. - Self-driven, with the ability to workindependently and/or in a team environment. - Willingness to travelinternationally. - International Fab experience is required.
