**MARKETS SENIOR BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVE** **Job Purpose**: **Responsibilities**: - Participation in global and regional initiatives and regularly interact with business and operations partners globally - Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements. - Implement best practices and global consistency across the regional teams - Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards - Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals - Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions - Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level leads and members team, allocating work as necessary - Work across multiple development teams - offshore / onshore / Vendor teams and track project deliverables closely - Impact the Applications Development area through monitoring delivery of end results, participate in budget management, and handling day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project - Manage and drive a portfolio of projects and initiatives performing both project management and execution responsibilities and ongoing status reporting - Implement and manage a communication strategy that highlights the value added of the work done by the O&T; team for the Business via presentations, newsletters, weekly updates and blogs - Synthesize project milestones, risks, issues and dependencies to share with senior business and Operations & Technology stakeholders - Tracks actual project costs, identify variances, and reforecast project costs as needed. - Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools and capabilities **Qualifications**: - 10-15 years of experience - Experience in managing and implementing successful projects - Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate - Demonstrated leadership and project management skills: time management, follow-through, and project delivery - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication - Stakeholder and people management experience - Knowledge of industry practices and standards - Business knowledge/ understanding of financial markets and products - Ability to plan and organize workload - Experience of working in multicultural teams - Experience with Agile methodology - Promotes teamwork and builds strong relationships within and across global teams - Ability to effectively partner across the organization with senior management and business counterparts - Self-motivated and directed, proactive and action-oriented, must demonstrate personal accountability - High velocity thinker and quick learner - Ability to multi-task and manage multiple simultaneous projects - Ability to influence seniors and stakeholders outside of your span of control **Education**: - Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Master’s degree preferred - Bilingual English/Spanish preferred - Agile methodologies knowledge and expertise - **Job Family Group**: Technology - **Job Family**: Technology Project Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
