Job Summary "> The Facilities Associate Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting various key functions, including Warsaw Facilities, Global Real Estate, Environmental Health Safety and Sustainability (EHSS), and Global Security (GSS). This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently. As a Facilities Associate Specialist, you will be responsible for providing progress updates, expediting repairs in a cost-efficient and timely manner, processing payments according to purchase order guidelines, and tracking spend on CARS. - Provides progress updates and expedites repairs in a cost-efficient and timely manner. - Processes payments according to purchase order guidelines. - Tracks spend on CARS and helps close CARS and other processes related to CAR spend and tracking. - Acts as a liaison with local and outside vendors in the acquisition, replacement, or upgrades of new materials, applications, and projects. - Supports contract labor projects. - Collaborates with in-house departments and external vendors for facility maintenance and improvement projects. - Tracks and reports key departmental performance indicators, such as budget compliance. In EHSS, this role involves helping track EHSS metrics, pulling data for site headcount and hours worked each month across global sites, processing purchase orders, and handling invoice reconciliation and investigations. For GSS, responsibilities include processing requests for material/supplies and services via ARIBA, submitting requests for onboarding new vendors via ARIBA, and maintaining lists of current Site Leaders by facility/region. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/Equivalent and 4 years of relevant experience. Desired skills include project management experience, Ariba experience, and data management experience.
