You have the chance to design and optimize complex IT landscapes, on which our largest customers run their businesses. Your area of responsibility will extend to some of the following tasks: - Support functional design validation workshops identify risks and provide recommendations to optimize business processes, system automation, system landscape and protection of investment. - Required to support customer’s implementations and best practices for the business processes, ideas for improving customer productivity, providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction, and running an infrastructure that empowers customers to take advantage of new opportunities. - Conduct deep root cause analysis with technical and programming skills, provides solutions and delivers services in very complex environments for specific fields/areas. - Support critical customer escalation and drive critical issues to resolution. **Skills / Competencies** Mandatory: - Minimum 7 years of industry and SAP product experience in one of the key areas such as - SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash or SAP ECC SD Module. - Hands on experience with S/4HANA SD customizing and/or development tasks is a must. - Hands on experience with SAP DRC (e-Documents) for LatinAmerica Localization topics. - Must have end-to-end business process know-how with product knowledge in S/4HANA Order to Cash, Sales or Service. - Good communication and presentation skills to convince customers and other stake holders based on facts. - Willingness to travel 30% in All Americas Region - Quick learner with strong analytical and logical skills.
