Job Description Support engagements related to investigations, such as suspected violations of ethics, open-source intelligence, compliance audits/monitoring, fraud risk assessment, or business interruption. Work in accordance with the policies of the Ombudsman and follow internal guidance and procedures for conducting investigations. Assist in investigations by identifying necessary information and gathering evidence to address complaints. Identify weaknesses in current control processes and recommend appropriate improvements to enhance effectiveness. Support the development of reports and materials to communicate investigation results, including control deficiencies, fraud issues, root causes, and recommendations to management. Write clear, accurate, concise, and well-reasoned reports and case summaries. Collaborate with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate channels for investigation and resolution. Work Experience 5-7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or Big 4 audit firms, involving compliance programs and investigations related to sales, marketing, or medical practices. Education Masters in Accountancy or Graduation in Commerce.
