J.S. Held is seeking an experienced Microsoft _Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance_ Support Analyst to join the Technology Services ERP Support team. Current in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance is critical to success in this role. The D365 Finance Support Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of end-user support including troubleshooting system issues, managing support requests, assisting the system administrator with system maintenance, integrations maintenance, training, and identifying and leveraging opportunities to help our ERP team work more efficiently with the platforms and use them to their fullest extent. **_THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION!_** Are you a good fit for this position? - This role requires an in-depth understanding of and hands-on working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance - The D365 Finance Support Analyst must have experience working closely with end users as well as members of finance and accounting teams. They must also understand both finance and project-based business processes. - Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate Certification strongly preferred - Experience with professional services organizations is a plus. - This position requires excellent communication skills and technical troubleshooting abilities that will be used to analyze and resolve business system problems. This position requires someone who notices the little things and triple checks processes and information for compliance and accuracy - You must be able to identify roadblocks, craft comprehensive solutions, and deliver successful outcomes - If you thrive in a work hard, play hard environment where you work with colleagues across the globe, we want you on our team - Even though we are a fast-paced company, we pride ourselves on a flexible work environment and excellent team culture **Responsibilities**: - Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance platform. - Partners with our HelpDesk to provide daily end-user support including but not limited to managing user setup, profiles, and roles, troubleshooting issues, logging, tracking, and resolving system problems and managing ticket queues - Provide call support and ensure that business system issues/opportunities are properly documented and prioritized in our Freshservice ticketing system - Manage, track, and provide solutions to reported issues while seeking supervisor direction and guidance as needed - Works with system administrator to support authorizations and system configuration requirements - Develop documentation for identified business scenarios, processes, and procedures - Work with the system administrator to implement feature requests and ongoing customizations - Support project backlog and work with manager and/or leadership to prioritize - Proactively identify opportunities to improve platform efficiency, usability, and reporting capabilities - Maintain platform/systems documentation - Assist in training of end users in system processes and procedures Essential Skills and Qualifications - Professional level English fluency and excellent communication skills - Bachelor’s degree or higher/ or equivalent work and technical experience - 2-3 years of Dynamics Finance support experience - Familiarity with finance business processes as well as experience working with finance teams and technologies - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance required - Microsoft Certified: Dynamics
