Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Server Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in server management and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities The Server Analyst will be responsible for the support, maintenance, and performance of server hardware, operating systems, and related software. Key responsibilities include: - Collaborating with global IT operational support groups to maintain awareness and commitment to employment and legislative responsibilities - Maintaining and developing standards, processes, policies, and lifecycles as defined in O-I's Server Management Program - Deploying and configuring global server environments and associated infrastructure - Supporting the implementation of the roadmap for O-I's server technologies - Identifying solutions to improve service delivery and operational aspects of server technology through simplification, automation of process, and technology - Supporting IT projects related to Server and related infrastructure services Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in information technology or a related discipline - 3 years of experience managing server platforms infrastructure - Microsoft certifications, such as MCSA, MCSD, MTA (asset) - Good knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure e.g. DHCP, DNS, AD, Print Services - Experience in multiple infrastructure platforms (Windows, Networking, Linux/Unix, Storage, Data Backup) - Good knowledge of operating System and Application virtualization technologies (e.g. VMWare, HyperV,Citrix) - Scripting and command line skills e.g. PowerShell What We Offer In addition to a competitive salary and benefits package, we offer: - A hybrid work model requiring employees to be on-site at our office for 2-3 days per week - The opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our organization
